At Liberty Safe, we stand behind the quality of our American-made products and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are committed to making the return or exchange process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

  Prepare the Safe

  Ensure the safe or accessory is placed back in its original packaging, including all protective foam and the original pallet if applicable, to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For large residential safes, we will coordinate with a specialized freight carrier to schedule a professional curbside pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for damages, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
